The Problem We Solved
Our founder, Tshepo, ran a construction business in Johannesburg for 15 years. Every Monday brought the same challenge: finding reliable workers who would actually show up.
Workers faced their own struggles: inconsistent work, delayed payments, and safety concerns. The traditional hiring system was broken for everyone.
We realized the core issue was trust. Employers couldn't trust that workers were who they claimed to be, and workers couldn't trust that employers would treat them fairly.
